Firefighters also provide Basic Life Support first responder pre-hospital emergency medical care and emergency medical assistance, perform minor station maintenance, and participate in training to maintain skills. The Santa Clara County Fire Department (SCCFD) is recruiting for the position of Firefighter/Engineer assigned to paramedic duties. National Testing Network (NTN) will be administering the written test, which must be completed by 1700 hours on December 20, 2024.
